INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
Innovation Assistant at CD&I Associates ( June 2015 -- December 2015 ):

As intern for this company I had the main responsability of managing and organizing the iHub (a series of panels, in which guest keynote speakers would address a certain topic). These panels were organized in a monthly basis and for each one, the CEO of the company would assign a specific subject. My responsibilities were to create the social media outlets needed to promote the panels, the production, edition and composition of the promotional videos for each panel, managing and looking for partnerships with universities and other companies that would be interested in the panels, contact and communication with the keynote speakers, as well as information and communication with the people attending the events (usually between 20 to 50 attendees), recording of the event, snacks and drinks for the event and managing virtual calls with keynote speakers. In addition to this responsability I had to lend support to other areas of the company such as video editing, graphic design and marketing investigation with (catalog analysis, product and shopping center visits, and comparative analysis of the competition as well as the different stores owned by the company, each visit to the shop was focused in POP offers and credit card discounts to finally present a report comparing all data acquired to my superior). I also gave support in video editing for another company, as well as social media management.
Due to a confidentiality agreement with CD&I Associates some details have to be withheld.

WHERE IDEAS MEET REALITY
INNOVATION MEETINGS

"The iHub is a group of seminars, conferences, meetings an workshops, in which a group of expert panellists (national and international) share their knowledge in a specific subject directly with the public in a spontaneous manner, whilst enjoying a glass of wine and appetisers. As a conversation starter, the seminar is started with a question which in turn will give the panellists a chance to answer. These meetings are seminars, conferences or simply a place to talk in a friendly manner, and so CD&I Associates takes back a tradition of more than a decade, inviting a few friends to show us the way and the light of their experience." http://www.cdiassoci.com/ihub/
FREELANCE EXPERIENCE
ENTREPRENEURSHIP EXPERIENCE
Freelance Industrial Designer: Events and Experience Designer (January 2016 - Present)

As a freelance Industrial Designer, focusing on events and experience design, I tried to venture as far out of my confort zone and planned several events. Such as birthday celebrations, Baby Showers, Corporate Christmas Parties, Anniversaries, Marriages and Proposals. For each project, my involvement was limited by the clients intent and desires. For example, in the smallest projects, I designed small souvenirs for an anniversary, photo booths for birthdays and marriages, and gifts for mothers, fathers day and Saint Valentines day. The bigger projects involved the whole design process of the event, starting from designing the decorations for the venue in which the event was going to take place, to decorating said venue, and managing the event throughout the day. These projects included center piece decorations, photo booths, souvenirs forthe guests, photoshoots, illuminations and invitation cards. These experiences have helped me grow as a professional and have given me the certainty of how much I love being an entrepreneur and an Experience Designer.
